Service Description
A dynamic vinyasa yoga class, with plenty of options for those new to yoga, beginners and improvers. It's a nice and cosy class, so optional hands-on-assisting may be offered. Flow through different yoga asana's with sound - feel the benefit and end the class with a sacred drumming circle/ journey.

Cancellation Policy
*Treatments* - All bookings must be cancelled at least 24hours in advance, rescheduling a booking must be done 12 hours prior to the booking or full loss of booking. Anything within the 12 hour period before your appointment is loss of the full cost of the booking. *Classes/ workshops* - Classes booked must be cancelled at least 24hour prior to the class, and rescheduling your class must be done 12 hours beforehand or full loss of booking/ class pack booking. If a class has only 1 student booked then the class will be cancelled, and a refund or reschedule of the class fee or pass will be organised. No shows, no refunds.
