Hi :) I'm Kerrie, I’m the creator of Moonflow Frequencies and Yoga with Kerrie...
I dreamt up this business years ago with a simple goal: to help others find peace, relax, heal, and connect deeper with their mind, body, and spirit.
If you haven't guessed already, I’m a bit of a hippie! I love the earth, animals, nature, and a proper good dance.
It’s cheesy… but I really am Gaia’s girl. I’m down-to-earth, relaxed, and passionate about connecting with nature, the universe, and all the beauty it has to offer.
To bring that magic to life, I’ve created the cosiest ‘into Gaia’s garden’ vibe for my treatment room, alongside a cosmic space for classes and workshops.
I’m also an ADHD fairy, so Neurodivergent blessings to you all!
To best support your journey, I weave together my background as a holistic counsellor, Reiki master, and holistic massage therapist, incorporating sound healing and alternative therapies.
On the mat, I'm a yoga and aerial yoga teacher, as well as a meditation and mindfulness instructor.

I'm fascinated by the mind, body and spirit (and aura, energy field, soul...), I love exploring how our movement, breathwork, and sound changes our frequency, how it makes us feel calmer, relaxes the nerves and helps us to connect inwards.

My background is support work, learning disabilities, and mental health.
Along with working in drug and alcohol recovery, and women's specialist services.
DIPLOMA OF COUNSELLING

I trained to be a counsellor in Sydney, Australia in 2018-2019, around about the time I first discovered yoga and aerial yoga!
YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
In 2023 I began my 200hYTT, online with My Vinyasa Practice, along with hands-on-assisting training with Emma Vasquez at The Yoga Studio Carlisle
AERIAL YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
I completed my aerial yoga teacher training in 2024 with the fantastic Martin Scott at The Yoga Studio Carlisle - where I went on to teach classes.
HOLISTIC MASSAGE PRACTITIONER
I completed my holistic massage practitioner course with the beautiful BH Holistic - Lindsay Wild in 2025
USUI HOLY FIRE REIKI MASTERS
I became a Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master with the wonderful Clare Markey from Clare's Chat in May 2026,
