Service Description
Yin yoga focuses on staying in softer, more gentle poses for longer periods of time to get a really deep and beautiful stretch! We'll use of props, and all the extra cosy bits so that we can relax into softer asana's (posture's), switching off at the end with a blissful soundbath.

Cancellation Policy
*Treatments* - All bookings must be cancelled at least 24hours in advance, rescheduling a booking must be done 12 hours prior to the booking or full loss of booking. Anything within the 12 hour period before your appointment is loss of the full cost of the booking. *Classes/ workshops* - Classes booked must be cancelled at least 24hour prior to the class, and rescheduling your class must be done 12 hours beforehand or full loss of booking/ class pack booking. If a class has only 1 student booked then the class will be cancelled, and a refund or reschedule of the class fee or pass will be organised. No shows, no refunds.
