Service Description
Sound healing has been around for longer than we can comprehend, and yet it's coming up more now. Why is that? Are you drawn to sound healing sessions, but generally have no idea what's going on... even though you feel 'different' after. Let's get in a nice cosy circle and unpack it shall we! We'll go through what sound healing is, and why it changes us, what it does physically; looking at the brain waves and the psychologically. We'll also look at the different origins of sound healing, along with story telling of sound healing in mythology and through yogic texts. You'll get a chance to play with some of the instruments, and practice sound healing on yourself with guided techniques. Then after building it up so nicely... we'll enjoy a blissful sound bath!

Cancellation Policy
*Treatments* - All bookings must be cancelled at least 24hours in advance, rescheduling a booking must be done 12 hours prior to the booking or full loss of booking. Anything within the 12 hour period before your appointment is loss of the full cost of the booking. *Classes/ workshops* - Classes booked must be cancelled at least 24hour prior to the class, and rescheduling your class must be done 12 hours beforehand or full loss of booking/ class pack booking. If a class has only 1 student booked then the class will be cancelled, and a refund or reschedule of the class fee or pass will be organised. No shows, no refunds.
